Welcome to Ram Bagicha Guest House, Tirumala. The following terms outline the operational guidelines, visitor obligations, and lodging standards governing your stay with us.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Schedule
Rooms are allocated on a 24-hour retention schedule or agreed check-in blocks. Early check-in or delayed check-out remains contingent upon room inventory and may incur scheduled supplemental rates.
2. Mandatory Government Identification
Per local Tirumala administrative regulations, every occupant must produce an authentic original Government-recognized photographic identity card (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) prior to room access.
3. Sacred Town Conduct & Restrictions
To preserve the spiritual atmosphere of Tirumala, the possession or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, smoking paraphernalia, and non-vegetarian food items is strictly forbidden within guest house grounds.
4. Occupancy Limitations
Occupancy limits must match the confirmed booking specifications. Additional persons beyond stated suite limits require prior notification and will be billed at standard extra mattress rates.
5. Booking Confirmation & Payment
Room blocks are treated as guaranteed only upon receipt of formal reservation confirmations through authorized WhatsApp channels or payment verification by management.
6. Care of Property & Furnishings
Guests must take reasonable care of accommodations and fixtures. Any deliberate damage or neglect affecting room amenities, air conditioning, or hardware will be assessed and billed at check-out.
7. Safekeeping of Valuables
Pilgrims are responsible for securing currency, electronics, and valuable jewelry. Ram Bagicha Guest House disclaims liability for unattended items left in suites or public hallways.
8. Right of Admission & Compliance
Management reserves the full right to decline stay privileges or evict individuals who violate local religious decorum, compromise safety, or disregard house regulations, without liability for refunds.
